SECOND HAND DRILL RIGS
On our website you can find only the best drill rigs for sale. A drill rig is a machine that creates holes in the earth sub-surface.
Crawler drill rigs are versatile machines. They guarantee high performances in the construction of micropiles and anchors and soil investigations and jet grouting jobs. Jet Grouting is a modern, fast and effective method applied in soils and in weak rocks for the creation of deep foundation elements.
With Jet Grouting, soil is mixed in site directly with the stabilizer (Usually a water/cement admixture) which is injected at very high pressure (300 Bar at least). With Jet Grouting it is possible to treat a broad range of grounds included between gravel and clay.
The main difference of Jet Grouting respect to the traditional injection methods is that with Jet Grouting the necessary quantity of stabilizer can be established before the job-site starting, so the final result as for strength and permeability and therefore costs can be defined and estimated. Drilling rigs are equipment used to drill also water wells, oil wells, or natural gas extraction wells and they can be small enough to be moved manually by one person.

Drilling rigs can sample sub-surface mineral deposits, test rock, soil and groundwater physical properties, and also can be used to install sub-surface fabrications, such as underground utilities, instrumentation, tunnels or wells. Small to medium-sized drilling rigs are mobile, such as those used in mineral exploration drilling, blast-hole, water wells and environmental investigations.
The drill rigs are designed to drill boreholes using all the commonly known drilling tools and methods: single or double rotary heads, roller or drag bits, continuous flight augers, coring barrels, down-the-hole hammers, external drifters and back hammer.
This type of equipment is perfect for jobsites where the drill rigs have to work in tight spaces such as into the cities’ center between a skyscraper and another and where they have to be lifted by a crane to reach difficult spots.
